Another amazing Fan Film short, Fight The Foot, is a Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles effort.  So the storyline goes, evil genius Shredder takes over a common street gang, turning them in the Foot Clan.  With April O’Neil investigating the group, they broke into her apartment to confront her, but before things get too nasty, a familiar face shows up. Whoever owns the rights to TMNT, give these...

I was asked last month if I could help create some promotional videos for US based clothing label No Rival along with UK scratch DJ, DJ Short-E. Obviously I couldn’t pass that up, no only would I get to film and edit another project, but it would be getting shown in Las Vegas of all places! The intention was to have the edits play on the TV at the S.L.A.T.E. exhibition in Vegas over the...

Yesterday saw a trip to Newport Velodrome to shoot more footage for Böikzmöind. Footage was shot using the Canon 550D with the 18 - 55mm kit lens, 50mm prime and a Tamron 70 - 300mm zoom lens.  Also used for a few shots was of the SD range’s of track from glidetrack.co.uk. We were super happy with the results that the Glidetrack gave us, and can’t wait to get stuck in to use it again!

Back in 2006 The Opus gallery in Newcastle was home to the Rebelo:06 exhibition. Curated by Lee Simpson (@leesimpson), the show featured street artists from around the world as well as well known artists such as Jamie Hewlett and Shepard Fairey.   This video served as a retrospective to that weekend, and while I’ve featured this edit on Vimeo before, the upload quality was not what it is...

Amazing footage of Paul Basagoitia showing off his dirt jump skills in his own backyard. Incredibly enough this was shot on the Canon 7D, mounted on to a RC Helicopter! Video by Trent Palmer.

Incredible footage shot with HD Hero camera’s from GO PRO attached to a balloon, if this isn’t a good advert for Go Pro’s product durability, I don’t know what is! “We are a group of engineers/designers from San Francisco. This was our second balloon launch on 6/5/2010. Shot with 2 HD Hero cameras from GoPro. Launched from the California coast near Davenport, landed...

Beautiful little piece from a good friend of mine John McGovern, shot on Canon 550d in my homeland, Leicester! One of the first things I realised on seeing this the first time was that I’d actually bought a new Tee from Welgosh on my last visit home and then totally forgot about it! It is queued up ready to be worn tomorrow!

I was going to save this for Vimeo Thursday, but I can’t not post this now. This short by Ricardo de Montreuil tells a small part of the story of Chris Black aka The Raven who possesses special powers, as he’s chased by the LAPD in a futuristic L.A. The film was shot over 2 days in downtown L.A. on RED with a $5k budget. It looks amazing and I only wish Ricardo goes on to tell more of...

Back in February I did some filming at the first round of Secret Wars in Bristol. For those that don’t know Secret Wars is a regular artistic battle between individuals or teams of street artists in venues around the world.  With 90 minutes on the clock each team has to out do the other with a freehand masterpiece.  The first round of the European tour saw Bristol go up against Warsaw in...
